2011 Wilmington Real Estate and Relocation Guide

I was fortunate to receive a signed copy - from the author! This is a very articulate and informative guide to real estate and life in Wilmington NC. Although I have been there numerous times, and intend to make Wilmington my next home, there is still much to learn about the area, and to have pertinent information in a consolidated reference will prove to be very helpful. Many times when you ask for relocation material from a Realtor you receive bits and pieces of information, but Mr. Blake has gone the extra mile to put together a relocation guide that covers all the aspects of buying and selling in today's market, and what to expect if Wilmington is your next destination. I would recommend this guide highly to anyone who is exploring the idea of moving to Wilmington NC.

Great Resource for Anyone Interested in Wilmington Real Estate

I received a copy of the book as a gift, and I sat down and read it cover to cover. It was like taking a trip back to Wilmington! I loved the descriptions of different areas--including nearby cities. The interviews with previous buyers were very interesting and informative. The book is well laid out and easy to read. It points out both the positive and negative aspects of life in Wilmington. (There are very few negatives!) I highly recommend it for anyone who is considering buying, or selling, real estate in Wilmington.
